With "Raised in the 80s," I wanted to capture that vibe — geometric shapes that seem to crash into each other, bright pops of yellow, pink, and orange cutting across a background of tangled lines.
That background — all those scratchy streaks of green, pink and grey — feels like TV static to me, or maybe a worn-out VHS tape that’s been watched one too many times. It’s busy, unpredictable, and totally unapologetic.
