Changing of the Seasons - 20" x 16" x 0.5"
Original artwork on stretched canvas | Acrylic | Framed and ready to be hung | Gloss finish | Created: 2024
I’ve always found something mesmerizing about the way seasons shift—how one set of colors slowly gives way to another, blending, overlapping, never quite stopping. This painting, “Changing of the Seasons”, gives an abstract take on that movement, where warm and cool tones collide, like nature in the midst of a quiet transformation.
I created this piece to reflect that transition—how change can feel both sudden and gradual at once. The color palette of soft blues, golden yellows, and hints of pink evoke the lingering warmth of summer, while earthy greens, deep purples, and rust-like oranges bring in the richness of fall. The movement in the brushstrokes mirrors the ever-changing rhythm of nature, making this a piece that shifts depending on when—or how—you look at it.
If you’re drawn to the feeling of change in the air, of seasons in motion, “Changing of the Seasons” is ready to bring that energy into your space.
