Shipping & Handling
Each original artwork is carefully packed using archival, gallery-standard materials to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live UPS Ground rates, plus a professional packing fee included within the shipping total.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with tracking and insurance. Shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Holiday Shipping Note
Carrier-calculated rates automatically reflect any seasonal surcharges or peak pricing during holidays.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide services with tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country upon delivery.
Additional Information
All artwork is shipped fully insured for its value.
Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify me immediately if there are any issues.
Art is currently not shipped to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Refunds
Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind original and is created, handled, and shipped with great care. As such, all sales are final once an order is placed.
However, I want you to feel confident and informed about your purchase — I want it to match who you are. If you have any questions about a specific piece — its colors, textures, framing, or shipping — I encourage you to reach out prior to purchasing. I’m happy to provide additional photos, videos, or details to help you make a decision.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kevintown.art with:
Clear photos of the damage to the artwork and packaging
Your order number
A description of the issue
I’ll review the situation and, if applicable, begin a claim with the shipping carrier. If the damage is confirmed and the claim is approved, a refund or resolution will be issued.
Additional Notes
Minor variations in color and texture may occur due to the handmade nature of the work and differences in screen displays — these are not considered defects.
In the event a refund is approved, original payment processing fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed due to carrier policies.
